Who am I? Whose am I?
  • I am the Father's and I am for him. I am for those in need and for those who need calm and understanding.
What are the words or phrases that describe who God has created me to be?
  • Gentleness. Strength. Understanding.

How does my identity as a child of God shape my leadership, both in theory and in practice?
  • I am not particularly well suited to a top-down approach of leadership. I benefit from a flattened hierarchy and relational influence. I don’t particularly like it when people exert positional authority over me, nor would I imagine others like it when I do it over them. However, I do understand that this is necessary at times.

Leadership Development and Practices
In what ways have I experienced the greatest growth in my leadership development journey?

The link between leadership and spirituality on this course has been fantastic. This has been my single largest area of growth. In some ways I don’t recognize who I was when I started this course, and in a wonderful way.

How will I ensure my leadership development journey does not end after graduation?

Drop an anchor. Commit to life long learning, and remember the joy reading brings.
